The City Tower building is situated in the broader centre of Prague in Pankrác which together with the neighbouring location around Budějovická Street belongs to the key office hubs in Prague. The real estate was completed at the end of 2007, based on design of the renowned US architect Richard Meier of Richard Meier & Partners Architects. The construction project included radical and full restoration of the original unfinished building that dates back to the turn of 1980s and 1990s. With its 108 meters height (116.5 meters including the aerial), City Tower is the tallest building in Prague.
The building obtained the international environmental certification BREEAM Very Good. With this award the City Tower building ranks among the environmentally friendly and economically efficient commercial real estate on the Czech market.
