Bořislavka Centrum is a new multi-purpose complex comprising four interconnected buildings, completed in the second quarter of 2021. It includes office and retail premises with an aggregate leasable area in excess of 40,000 sq m.
Bořislavka Centrum is located in Prague’s Evropská Street, in a strategic locale between the city centre and Václav Havel International Airport. In its immediate vicinity is the Bořislavka metro station, on Line A. The entire complex has been built according to a unique architectural design of the renowned Czech studio AFA (Aulík Fišer Architekti) and with regard to the highest international standards. The building is very environmentally friendly, featuring intelligent management systems that control energy consumption and the exchange and recuperation of air, including humidity regulation. The Bořislavka Centrum aspires to the high environmental certification LEED Gold and has also earned the prestigious “Environmental Project of the Year” award in the Best of Realty competition. Its design in the shape of four crystals won it an award in the international European Property Awards competition.
